Property Fees

Yes. Application fees, administrative fees, deposits, and any other charges required by the property are paid separately and directly to the apartment community, property management company, or leasing office.

Approval Package Payment

Your approval package payment covers the services included in the package you selected. It does not include fees charged by the property.

Receive Your Prepared Information

Within 3–5 days after your Client Prep Form is submitted, you’ll receive your prepared information in a PDF, along with instructions for opening your credit monitoring account to confirm when your score posts.

Get Ready to Apply

Once your score is confirmed, your next steps will depend on the service you purchased. If you purchased Full Service, you’ll receive instructions for providing your selected property and application information so I can prepare the application for you. If you purchased Self-Apply, you’ll receive a step-by-step guide for completing the application yourself.

For House Rental Clients

House Rental clients using one of my recommended management companies only need to send me the home address. I’ll create the account and prepare the application for you.
